Events should have a clear title, useful description, accurate date and time, and a location that attendees can reasonably find.
Event Near Me is intended for public or community-facing events, not private solicitations or misleading posts.
Do not post unsafe or prohibited content
Do not post events involving scams, illegal activity, violence, weapons misuse, harassment, hate, exploitation, dangerous meetups, or instructions to evade safety rules.
Do not post adult sexual meetups, sexually explicit event content, or private minor-related meetups. These posts may be held for review, rejected, removed, or escalated.
Respect moderation decisions
Admins may approve, reject, remove, restore, or request updates to posts. If an update is requested, provide clear corrections or context in the event edit form.
Repeated abuse, spam, misleading submissions, bad-faith flags, or unsafe posts may lead to account suspension.
Reporting problems
If you see an event that looks unsafe, misleading, illegal, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate, use the in-app flag feature or contact eventnearme.app@gmail.com.
